Question 1

How does a Pip Playbook gift work?

Accepted Answer

You choose a length (3, 6, or 12 months), pay once, and we create a unique claim code. The recipient redeems the code at pipplaybook.com/redeem and their Pip Plus access starts that day — not on the day you bought it.

Question 2

Will the recipient be charged when the gift ends?

Accepted Answer

Never. A gift is a one-time purchase with no card on file for the recipient. When the gifted months run out, the account quietly returns to the free plan. There are no automatic renewals and no surprise charges.

Question 3

Can I send the gift on a specific date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you choose email delivery you can pick any future delivery date — we hold the gift email and send it that morning. Leave the date blank to send it right away.

Question 4

What if I want to give it in person at a baby shower?

Accepted Answer

Choose the printable gift certificate option. After checkout you get a print-ready 8.5x11 certificate with your personal message, the claim code, and a scannable QR code. Print it, fold it into a card, or save it as a PDF.

Question 5

Can I send the email AND print the certificate for the same gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes — choose the "Email + certificate" delivery option. The recipient gets the warm gift email with their redeem link, and you also get the print-ready QR certificate to bring to the baby shower or party. One gift, one claim code, both ways to give it.

Question 6

What is the QR code on the certificate for?

Accepted Answer

It links straight to the claim page with the code already filled in, so the recipient can scan it with a phone camera and start using Pip in seconds — no typing a code by hand.

Question 7

Does the recipient need an account first?

Accepted Answer

No. They can redeem first and create their free account during the redeem flow, or sign in to an existing account and the gifted months are added to it.

Question 8

Can I gift Pip to someone who already has Pip Plus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gifted months are added on top of their current access, so their subscription simply extends.

Question 9

What is included in Pip Plus?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited access to the full activity library, a personalized weekly play planner, milestone tracking with WHO growth charts, saved favorites, shopping lists, and printable keepsakes.

Question 10

The recipient never got the email — what now?

Accepted Answer

Ask them to check spam, then send them the claim code yourself. You can always find your codes on your account page, or reply to your receipt and we'll resend it.

Question 11

Can I get a refund on a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if the gift hasn't been redeemed yet, email support@pipplaybook.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. See our refund policy for details.
