Safety notes
- ⚠️ Adult supervision is recommended, especially when handling hot glue guns, if used for attaching heavier elements, and to prevent ingestion of salt dough, which is not edible. Ensure all paints are non-toxic and child-safe. Supervise the use of craft knives or sharp sculpting tools if incorporating those, otherwise stick to blunt tools.
Cleanup
- 🧹 This activity can get a little messy, but it's nothing a damp cloth can't handle! Quickly wipe down your crafting surface after the fun is done. Make sure to toss any leftover salt dough in the trash to avoid plumbing woes, and give those paintbrushes a good wash in warm, soapy water.
