Safety notes
- ⚠️ Balloon cutting and popper assembly are ADULT-ONLY. Balloons and broken balloon pieces are serious choking hazards; keep them away from children under 8, inspect the balloon before use, and discard every torn or cut piece immediately. Use a balloon-free kindness-message dispenser for anyone with a latex allergy. Always point the open end upward and away from faces, use only lightweight paper confetti, supervise every launch, and keep scissors with the adult.
Cleanup
- 🧹 Gather the large paper pieces together and save them in an envelope for another kindness round. A quick hand-pick or vacuum collects any pieces that wandered farther.
