Safety notes
- ⚠️ Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors for cutting cardstock, especially for younger children; pre-cut intricate shapes if necessary. Ensure the lamp or flashlight used for projection is stable and not easily tipped over. Remind children not to look directly into the bright light source for extended periods.
Cleanup
- 🧹 Collect all paper scraps, pipe cleaner trimmings, and tape remnants and dispose of them. Store the mythical beast puppets in a small pouch or the shoebox theater itself. Wipe down the crafting surface to remove any pencil marks.
