Safety notes
- ⚠️ Plaster of Paris powder should not be inhaled, so mix it in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Never pour leftover wet plaster down a drain as it will harden and clog pipes. The plaster can get warm as it sets, which is normal, but avoid prolonged skin contact with the wet mixture.
Cleanup
- 🧹 Allow any excess plaster in the disposable mixing cup to fully harden, then squeeze the cup to crack the plaster and dispose of the solid pieces in the trash. The wooden stir stick and used paperclip can also be thrown away. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling the materials.
